Return & Refund Policy
This policy applies exclusively to orders and delivery addresses within Singapore, and purchases made through the MOVA Singapore website (mova.sg).


Eligibility for Refunds
  • Customers may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, whether or not the product has been delivered.
    1. If the product has not yet been delivered, we will process the refund directly.
    2. If the product has been delivered, it must be returned in its original sealed condition with the brown box within 14 days from the delivery date.
    3. If the brown box is missing, or if the product has been opened, unsealed, or used, the return/refund request will not be accepted.
  • After 14 days from the purchase date, no returns or refunds will be accepted for change of mind.
  • Refunds for purchases made via installment payments are processed through the card issuer. Please contact your card issuer for a refund.

 

Faulty or Defective Products

  • If a product is found to be faulty upon first use, a return/refund request must be made within 14 days from the delivery date, with supporting proof (e.g., photos or videos).
  • After this 14-day period, the product will not be eligible for return/refund. Instead, it will be covered under the Warranty Policy, where our service team may provide repair, replacement, or other corrective measures.

 

Return Procedure

  • Customers are responsible for all costs associated with sending back the return product.
  • Customers must provide the tracking number to MOVA Singapore once the parcel has been shipped.
  • MOVA Singapore requires 3–7 working days to check the condition of the returned goods upon receipt.
  • All return/refund requests must be verified and approved by our Customer Care team before shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Once we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved and the product condition verified, MOVA Singapore will request the customer’s banking details.
  • Refunds will be transferred within 3 working days after inspection is completed and acknowledged by the customer.
  • Customers will be informed once the refund is made.
  • All refund and return decisions made by MOVA Singapore are final.
  • Delivery and installation charges are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

 

Exchange Policy

  • All products are non-exchangeable, unless specifically covered under the Warranty Policy.
